CUSTOMER and canle care 

A.S.H. 94 strongly suggest for every client to book removal services for best results. 

  • Never pull or tug to remove any glue installs

  • Never wash your hair or condition your hair before properly detangling hair when removing braids or an install.​

BEFORE BURNING YOUR CANDLE ​

  • Prior to burning your candle, trim the wick at least 1/4 inch. This prevents uneven burning, dripping and flaring. 

  • Keep the pool of wax free of wick trimmings and any debris at all times.

  • Always place candles on stable, heat-resistant surface. This will help prevent possible heat damage to counters and table surfaces and prevent glass from cracking and breaking

  • Avoid drafts,vents, or air currents, will also help to prevent rapid or uneven burning, sooting, and excessive dripping

  • Burn for only 2-3 hours each time you light the candles. This helps the candle burn evenly.

WHILE BURNING ​

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended or lit while sleeping. If you decide to leave the room or got to bed, distinguish all burning candles first. 

  • Never touch or move a burning candle.

  • Never  burn your candle all the way down. Stop burning your candle where there is 1/4 inch of wax left in the vessel.

  • If you are burning multiple candles, place each candle at least three inches apart from one another. This is just to be sure they don't  create their own drafts. 

  • Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes to high or flickers repeatedly, before relighting, let the candles cool, trim the wick and check for unwanted drafts.

  • Never burn a candle near anything that can catch fire Keep burning candles away from drapes bedding carpets books paper and flammable decorations.  

  • Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Do not place candle where it can knocked over.
